5. How are receivers distributed at the event?
The method of distributing receivers depends on the scale of the event:
- Distribution at smaller events - At smaller events, receivers are handed out manually based on a list. After the event, it is easy to check which devices have not been returned and contact the participants.
- Distribution at larger events - At larger events, we use barcode or QR code scanners. With a connection to the participant database, the process of assigning a receiver to a person takes about 15 seconds. This significantly speeds up both the distribution and the return of equipment after the event.
We recommend taking a photo before starting the distribution of equipment to verify its condition after the event.

- Hand out receivers to participants

3. What is the purpose of the case in an infoport set?
The case serves both as a transport and charging device.
With it, you have the entire set safely packed for transport and can charge all the equipment during breaks at the event.
Keep in mind that::
- Receivers can work for up to 3 days of operation without charging, while transmitters last up to 2 days.
- The case makes it easy to check to see if all receivers have been returned after the event. (by looking for empty slots with missing devices).

How many receivers are included in an infoport set?
The set includes 10, 20, or 50 receivers along with headphones. Each receiver is equipped with a lanyard, allowing participants to comfortably wear the device around their neck during the event.
For hybrid events, we offer a different solution tailored to the number of participants and the number of language channels. The interpreters' workspace can be online or on-site.
1. How many transmitters and microphones are in a set?
- A lapel microphone that works with an external transmitter,
- A headband microphone approximately 10 cm long, also compatible with an external transmitter.
It is also possible to use other solutions depending on needs the event:
- An ear-hook microphone - comfortable and discreet,
- A wireless microphone with a built-in transmitter. This is an "all-in-one" solution that reduces the number of devices.
The standard infoport set for one language channel consists of transmitters with microphones, receivers with headsets, a case, and a list of equipment.
The infoport set comprises of all the basic elements needed for simultaneous translation.
