FAQ
Can I change the number of infoports ordered after making a reservation?
Yes. You can increase or decrease the number of infoports no later than 3 business days before the event.
In case of a reduction after this deadline, we will charge a fee for the configured and disinfected sets.
Can interpreters take infoports with them to other countries in the EU?
Yes. The interpreter can take the equipment with them to other EU countries.

What is the procedure for canceling a reservation?
- Cancellation 7–3 days before the event = 50% of the order value
- Cancellation less than 3 days before = 100% of the order value
Can I have two sets of infoports for two groups of participants?
The Infoporty WaveTlak from Okayo has 42 channels, meaning the infoports can be used in 42 groups simultaneously.
Do you also provide interpreters with the infoports?
Yes. We work with interpreters who have experience in simultaneous translation using infoports. Contact us and provide the date, topic, and city of the event.
How can I book infoports?
Just email us or call. Provide the date of the event, the number of required info points, and the pickup/delivery location.
