When is it OK to use infoports?

Infoports can be used in nearly everywhere a traditional translation booth is unnecessary or impossible to use.

  Study visits, guided tours of production facilities, excursions, and field training requiring mobility of participants and/or trainers.

• The event takes place in a noisy environment: 
  Factory halls, trade fairs, and industrial facilities where the guide's or interpreter's voice is drowned out by the surroundings.

• There is no space or budget for a booth: 
  Intimate conferences, workshops, and B2B meetings where installing a stationary booth is too costly or logistically not possible.

• Simultaneous translation (whispered interpreting) is required: 
  Small international events where the interpreter conveys content live without drowning out the main speaker.

• You are limited by time and prefer to avoid a complicated setup: 
  The equipment is ready to work in 2 minutes - just turn on the transmitter and distribute receivers to participants, with no cables runs.

• You are organizing a hybrid event: The ability to quickly divide participants into channel groups. Interpreters can be online.
