When organising large events such as corporate town halls, international conferences or company-wide meetings, one of the biggest difficulties is providing clear simultaneous interpretation for hundreds or even thousands of people spread across a large venue (or multiple venues). Participants need to hear the speakers in their preferred language without any technical interruptions or limitations caused by distance or room layout.

Our solution

We equip every participant with a lightweight receiver and headset that allows them to select from several language channels. Professional interpreters deliver the live translation of presentations and speeches so that everyone can follow in the language they understand best. Interpreters can work either on site or remotely, which removes the need for multiple interpreting booths. Because the system is fully digital, the risk of interference is very low and the audio remains clear even across a large space.

Real case study

In Poland we supported a company-wide Town Hall for 1,500 employees held simultaneously in two different locations and about half of them attending online. Speakers were present in both venues and their image was shown on large screens. The speakers used three different languages, so participants needed reliable interpretation into their preferred language regardless of which speaker was talking at any given moment.

The interpreters worked online and received a live video feed of the active speaker and the presentation slides. Participants and speakers used receivers and headsets throughout the event. 

In addition, employees could ask questions through an open microphone in their own language. The questions were interpreted live so that everyone in both locations could understand them.

The system enabled smooth, two-way communication across the entire organisation. The client successfully achieved their goal: delivering the same message to all employees at the same time, regardless of language or physical location.
