Improper charging and storage of equipment can significantly shorten its operational time.

Below you will find practical tips on how to properly charge transmitters and receivers and how to care for them between events.

 

How to check the battery charge level?

 

The battery level is visible on the display of the transmitter and receiver. When the level is low:

• Only one bar appears on the battery icon,
• The LED on the device lights up red.

In this case, the equipment should be charged before use.

 

How long do devices work on a single charge?

 

• Receivers: up to 24 hours of continuous operation (or about 3 days with 8 hours of daily use),
• Transmitters: about 8 hours of continuous operation.

If your event lasts longer than one day, it's worth ensuring the devices are adequately charged.

 

Ways to charge the equipment

 

Devices can be charged in two ways:

1. Directly via the USB-C port. There is a USB-C socket at the bottom of the device. You can use the equipment while charging in this mode.
2. Using a charger in the case (recommended for a larger number of devices)

 

How to charge the equipment in the case?

 

1. Insert the receivers and transmitters into the appropriate sockets in the charger.
2. Connect the charger to a 230V outlet using the power supply.
3. Turn on the charger with the ON/OFF button (located next to the power plug, on the left side behind the last row of sockets).
4. Once turned on, the LEDs on the devices should start flashing red — this indicates that charging is in progress.
5. When the device is fully charged, the LED lights up blue.

 

Most common charging issues

 

• If the LED does not light up at all, remove the device from the charger and insert it again. Make sure nothing is blocking the contacts in the charger socket.
• After charging is complete (all LEDs are blue), turn off the charger and disconnect it from the power supply.

Tips for storing equipment To extend battery life between events:

• After the event, charge the equipment to a level of 80–100%.
• Store the devices in a dry and cool place.
• Avoid storing equipment fully discharged for extended periods.
• Before the next use, check the battery level and recharge the devices if necessary.
